Specialties

Our counselors are trained in evidence-based treatments for trauma, such as cognitive processing therapy (CPT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). They will teach you mindfulness and relaxation techniques to manage stress and anxiety and promote healing. They will also help you develop self-care strategies and coping skills to manage trauma-related symptoms, such as flashbacks, nightmares, and anxiety.

Our counselors will help you develop effective strategies to manage anxiety and stress, develop a positive self-image, and teach you self-care strategies. They will also help you build healthy relationships with friends, family, and romantic partners. Additionally, they will help you identify your strengths and goals, and provide guidance and support as you plan for your future.

We specialize in trauma work with focus on adverse experiences and its impact on current life stressors. We use evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EDMR) to assist you in the process of transformation. In addition, we provide counseling for grief, loss, abuse, depression and anxiety.

I am a mother, wife, veteran and clinician from the Northeast. I have grown my experience and passion for diverse populations.
I have worked through struggles of clients, peers, coworkers, friends, and family. I have witnessed and experienced transitions in life phases, and I understand the impact it has on emotions, thoughts and actions.
